I understand that my current device and bill must be at a zero balance before T-Mobile will release my number(s) from my existing account. Active Equipment Installment Plans will not be transferred to the company account and remaining charges for those devices could finalize in full on my last invoice with my carrier, meaning I will owe the remaining cost of the device and lose any monthly device discounts which may have been in place.
