Your new device or SIM card has come with a temporary phone number, and this request will start the process of replacing it with your porting line. When ready, submit your request below for each user.

How can I get my porting pin?

Some carriers will approve ports with your standard account pin or the last four of your SSN, otherwise, the following carriers use a porting pin, and each number could have a different porting pin so please check each line.

  • Att: Dial *PORT from each handset or follow the instructions here.

  • Verizon: Dial #PORT from each handset or follow the instructions here.

  • Spectrum: Dial #PORT from each handset or follow the instructions here.
