Quote information shared by Apex Wireless can be used to complete this form. If the form does not have all the required information, order processing can be delayed.
Additional Delays with order processing and shipping:
When required, SOWS/Production documents not complete (it is recommended to be completed at the time customer scoping is being completed. If USCC is not sure if SOWs/Production documents are required, please engage Apex Sales Director)
Payment processing. Customer not completing payment. To expedite payment turnaround, engage USCC Sales Managers for a shipping label to be sent to the customer. Hyperion does not ship until payment is complete)
Inventory availability. If customer delays payment, inventory availability can be impacted. Please work with Hyperion Sales Director to confirm inventory at time of order processing.
